These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of interior design services and renderings provided by Tutulan Design ("Company"). By engaging in any business transaction or using the services offered by the Company, you ("Client") agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Services:
1.1 Interior Design Services: The Company offers professional interior design services, including but not limited to space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, material selection, lighting design, and overall aesthetic guidance.
1.2 Renderings: The Company provides high-quality digital renderings and visual representations of the proposed interior design concepts.
2. Design Process:
2.1 Initial Consultation: The design process begins with an initial consultation between the Client and the Company to discuss project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
2.2 Concept Development: The Company will create design concepts and present them to the Client for review and feedback.
2.3 Revisions: The Client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions during the design process, as outlined in the project proposal or as mutually agreed upon.
2.4 Final Design Approval: Once the final design concept is approved by the Client, it will be considered the authoritative design plan.
2.5 Implementation: The Company does not undertake the physical implementation of the design. However, the Company may recommend contractors or suppliers for the Client's consideration.
3. Fees and Payments:
3.1 Pricing: The Client agrees to pay the Company for the interior design services and renderings as per the pricing structure mentioned in the project proposal or as mutually agreed upon.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in the project proposal or as mutually agreed upon. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not met.
3.3 Additional Expenses: The Client is responsible for any additional expenses incurred during the design process, such as travel expenses, third-party fees, or purchases made on behalf of the Client.
4. Intellectual Property:
4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.2 Usage Rights: Upon full payment of all fees, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use the final design concepts and renderings for the intended purposes outlined in the project proposal.
4.3 Unauthorized Use: The Client must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the design concepts and renderings for any other purposes without obtaining written consent from the Company.

5. Confidentiality:
5.1 Non-Disclosure: The Company agrees to keep all information shared by the Client confidential, except as required by law or with the Client's written consent.
5.2 Client Confidentiality: The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information about the Company's design process, methodologies, or trade secrets to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability:
6.1 Design Decisions: The Company's interior design services are based on professional expertise and experience. The Client acknowledges that design decisions are subjective, and the Company cannot guarantee specific outcomes or client satisfaction.
6.2 Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the design concepts, renderings, or any other services provided by the Company.
7. Termination:
